2. Consultation & Alignment We schedule a call or exchange details to understand your vision, priorities, and timeline. This ensures we are aligned creatively and logistically before confirming your date.
3. Proposal & Booking You receive a tailored proposal based on your celebration. Your date is secured once:
• The agreement is signed
• The booking retainer is received
4. Planning & Preparation In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we collaborate with you (and your planner if applicable) to:
• Finalize timelines
• Understand cultural elements
• Prepare for seamless coverage
5. Wedding Day Coverage We work calmly and discreetly, allowing you to remain present while we document your celebration with intention.
6. Post-Production & Delivery Your images and/or film are edited with care and delivered within the agreed timeline.
